About the owner

I became interested in Reiki when my Mom's Alzheimer's disease became acute. When I became a practitioner, we could see that she benefited greatly from our sessions.

I also incorporate into my practice my Christian values, my life coaching studies and my growth through a 12-Step Program.

My goal is to offer others an opportunity to learn about and experience relaxation, healing and balance through Reiki. I believe that each of us has a natural healing ability within us and Reiki helps to support that ability.
